The Cayuga Lake Wine Trail is one of New York's Best Experiences.

If you are looking for a starting place, put any of the wineries on the Cayuga Lake Wine Trail into your GPS and go. I love wine trails that are around lakes because you are always peeking back at the lake as you drive around. The famous city of Ithaca sits at the bottom of Cayuga Lake and the historic town of Seneca Falls is just northwest of the top.
